Abused, Neglected Dog Found In Fetid Basement Cage, Three Teaneck Family Members Charged A 68-year-old Teaneck woman and two adult family members were arrested after police said they found an abused and neglected dog who could barely stand inside a metal crate caked with urine and feces in their basement. Robert Claire, Christopher Claire, and Yvonne Claire were all charged with animal cruelty after a tipster led police to the Hamilton Road home, Teaneck Police Chief Andrew R. McGurr said.
