Thanksgiving Crash Kills Former NJ Hockey Captain Gavin Barooah, 19 The victim killed in a Morris County crash on Thanksgiving Night, Nov. 28 has been identified as a 19-year-old former hockey player. Gavin Barooah, of Ledgewood, was behind the wheel of a Mercedes Benz when his vehicle collided with a Jeep around 8 p.m. at Morris and Sussex turnpikes in Randolph, according to Meghan Knab, a spokesperson for the county prosecutor's office. Ludwin Luna-Grande, 42, was arrested and possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and other drug offenses on Monday, August 8 following an investigation by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Special Enforcement Unit Narcotics Task Force, Prosecutor Robert J.
