Services Set For NJ Firefighter Marques Hudson Killed In Line of Duty Marques Hudson, the Plainfield firefighter killed on Friday, Jan. 26 battling a house fire, will be laid to rest on Saturday, Feb. 3.  Services were announced by Buckland Funeral Home in Somerset for Hudson, the 32-year-old Piscataway resident and father of three. Viewings will be held on Friday, Feb 2 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Plainfield High School and Saturday, Feb. 3 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the high school, according to his obituary.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3 at 11 a.m. at the high school, his obituary reads. Plainfield Firefighter, 32, Dies In Line Of Duty (Update) Marques Hudson, a 32-year-old firefighter in Plainfield, was killed while battling a fire at 332 Emerson Ave. on Friday, Jan. 26, the city announced. Hudson was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, Mayor Adrian Mapp said at a press conference outside City Hall. Three other firefighters suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, city officials said.  How Hudson died is still under investigation, Mapp said, saying he either fell through the floor or fell down the stairs of the home. Two-Alarm Fire Ravages 3 Lehigh Valley Homes (Photos) A two-alarm fire tore through three adjacent Lehigh Valley homes, authorities said. The Upper Nazareth Fire Department responded to the blaze in the 2000 block of Lynnwood Drive in Upper Nazareth around 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, the squad said. An initial investigation prompted a second alarm as well as crews from several surrounding departments. Three single-family homes were damaged in the fire, the department said. The fire was safely doused with no reported injuries. The pets within each of the homes were able to safely escape as well, the department said. The cause of the fire was …
