US Marine Steve Houser, of Toms River, went to LBI Sunday, Sept. 3, to film a promo video for one of Tandm Surf's boards Oh, what a video they got. Teen Victim Of Central Jersey Crash ID'd As High School Athlete A 17-year-old girl who died in a Piscataway crash this week has been identified by relatives as a local athlete. A GoFundMe campaign for Cassandra "Cassie" Feliciano's family says just that she was in a "tragic accident" on Monday, Jan. 2. The vehicle that the victim — who has yet to be identified by authorities — was riding in overturned and struck a pole on South Randolphville Road near Centennial Avenue around 7:40 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. Shannon Gutches, 33, Ran Academy Of Dance In Union Shannon Reilly Gutches of Bound Brook, previously of Elizabeth, died unexpectedly on Sunday. She was 33 years old.  Described as a loving and compassionate woman, she earned a Doctor of Psychology degree from Hofstra University and worked as a child psychologist at Piscataway High School and most recently for the Hillsborough Board of Education.
