A 19-year-old man from Bergen County remains missing, and New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy says he may be among the hostages taken by Hamas. Joe Fiordaliso, the longtime president of the Board of Public Utilities and three-time mayor of Livingston, died at the age of 78, Gov. Phil Murphy announced on Thursday, Sept. 7.
