Former Union City Pharmacy At Center Of $65M Scam, Authorities Say A pharmacy in Union City and another one in the Bronx netted nearly $100 million combined through fraud, kickbacks and other illicit means, the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey said Monday.  Prime Aid Pharmacy established relationships with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to receive reimbursements for medications, including specialized medicines.
