A New Jersey mom of two who lost her battle with ovarian cancer at the age of 42 had a quirky request for guests attending her funeral. Melissa Anne Nancy Rhodes died May 16 after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2018, according to a GoFundMe that documented her difficult journey. Matt Wingo of Kinnelon died Feb. 25 due to a complication of emergency open-heart surgery. He was 41 years old. More than $8,200 had been raised as of Wednesday on a GoFundMe launched in Wingo's memory by Kim Cote. The money is being raised for medical and funeral bills.
