A 54-year-old motorcyclist killed in a two-vehicle crash on a New York highway has been identified as a board member at a New Jersey college. David Castner, who died in the Saturday, Aug. 19 wreck in Deerkpark, on Route 209, sat on the Board of Trustees at Sussex County Community College.
