Firefighters Battle Two-Alarm Blaze In Mt. Arlington: FD Firefighters in Mt. Arlington extinguished a two-alarm structure fire on the morning of Monday, Feb. 19, fire officials said. At 10:29 a.m., firefighters responded to a structure fire on Howard Boulevard and found a 2.5 story wood frame residence with smoke showing in the rear roof area, the Mt. Arlington Fire Department said on Facebook. As firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze inside an attic, a second alarm was struck and additional units responded, firefighters said.. Roxbury Man, 82, Drowns After Falling From Lake Hopatcong Dock A Morris County man drowned when he fell off a dock and into Lake Hopatcong Thursday evening, authorities said. The Roxbury man fell into the water shortly before 6 p.m. near King Road, township police said. King Road is located along the King Cove section of Lake Hopatcong. Mt. Arlington and State Police responded but were unable to revive the man, authorities said. The victim’s name was withheld pending notification of next of kin. This is a developing story. Union Man Pleads Guilty In Scheme To Swipe Credit Cards From The Mail A 22-year-old man from Union became the latest suspect to admit his role in a scheme to bribe postal workers in exchange for credit cards being sent in the mail to customers, the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey said Monday.  Olagoke Araromi pleaded guilty to charges of bribery, bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. Araromi, who is scheduled to be sentenced in September, faces up to 15 years for the bribery charge, 30 years for the fraud charge and two years for identity theft, in addition to fines.  Araromi and Moussa Dagno, 24, of Harrison bribed the postal employees for the car…
