A 30-year-old man was charged after providing Fentanyl to a man who later overdosed at a Morris County hotel and died, authorities announced. John P. Rowe, of Budd Lake, was charged with first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said in a joint release alongside local officials. An 18-year-old driver was flown to a nearby hospital and three others were hurt after a school bus collided with a Toyota in Sussex County, authorities said. Teagan Murdock, 18, of Hamburg, was behind the wheel of a Toyota Matrix heading north on Route 94 when she struck a Byram school bus that was making a left turn out of the Sussex County Charter School around 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, Sparta Police Lt. Morristown Man, 18, Who Left Dog In Sweltering Car Charged With Animal Cruelty
An 18-year-old man from Morristown was charged with animal cruelty after leaving a dog in a sweltering car for more than half an hour while he shopped in Hanover, authorities said. Hanover police responded on a tip to Lowe’s where they found the dog inside a vehicle belonging to Jared Feldman, 18, on Monday, July 27, police said in a release.
