NJ 25-Year-Old Woman Killed In Icy Crash On I-295, PA State Police Say A 25-year-old woman was killed and a man was seriously injured after a crash on Interstate 295 Eastbound in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 28. The crash happened around 8:52 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26, at mile marker 5.7 of I-295 Eastbound, according to state police.
