SEE Anything? Morris County Gas Station Worker Pepper Sprayed By KitKat Thief, Police Say Police are investigating after a man stole a KitKat bar from a Morris County gas station and pepper sprayed the employee who confronted him. Officers responding to the LUKOIL gas station on Route 10 in Hanover were met by a worker who stated that they had been pepper sprayed after confronting a white man for stealing the candy bar on May 15, police said. The man — who had a nose ring and was wearing a white crop top and floral pants — then fled west on Route 10 in a black sedan, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact Hanover Police.
