Five adults and four youngsters packed into a single vehicle all escaped injury when shots were fired at them in Passaic, authorities said. Hours after a city police officer stopped a gunman across town, a call came in of shots fired at Fourth and South streets. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the shoulder late Saturday in Paterson, authorities said.
