Muslim NJ Transit Passenger: Morristown Man 'Punched Me In The Face For No Reason' A 52-year-old Morristown man was arrested following an apparent bias attack against another NJ Transit passenger, authorities said. Johnny Juica-Pena was charged with with harassment, assault and bias intimidation following an altercation Friday night on the Morris & Essex line at Morristown, NJ Transit spokesman Jim Smith said.
