NJ Mom Found Drowned With Son Was Substitute Teacher Who Suffered Trio Of Recent Tragedies
The 35-year-old Morris County mother found drowned with her 11-year-old son in a Boonton pond had suffered a trio of recent tragedies, reports say. The body of Warda Syed and her son, Uzair Ahmed, were recovered from the Upper Pond section of Grace Lord Park in Boonton around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Acting Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said in a release with other county officials. 19: Morris County District Delays Classroom Learning Until 2021
Some students in one Morris County district will have to wait until 2021 before they can return to in-person learning. Students in grades six through eight at the John Hill School and Boonton High School students can return Feb. 1, while K through 5th grade students can start on Jan. 19, Boonton Public Schools Superintendent Robert Presuto said.
