Car Rips Off Home's Front Porch In Warren County Crash
A car ripped off a home's front porch in a Wednesday morning crash in Warren County, authorities said. Hope Volunteer firefighters responded to the crash just after 9:05 a.m. and found that a car had completely torn through the home’s porch before slamming into a nearby fence, the department said. One person suffered minor injuries in the crash, which the department determined was caused by extremely icy road conditions. The scene was cleared in under an hour. : School Bus Slides Into Pole In Hackensack
No serious injuries were reported when a small school bus carrying a group of high schoolers slid into a utility pole in Hackensack during an icy morning filled with crashes throughout North Jersey. The 14-passenger bus was headed south on Hackensack Avenue to the nearby Bergen County Academies when it slid partially off the road in front of Hackensack Cemetery and side-swiped the pole at 7:10 a.m., said Police Capt. Multiple Injuries In Route 78 Tractor Trailer, Jeep Crash
Multiple people were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries in a Route 78 crash Friday morning in Bedminster. The incident occurred at mile marker 29.6 on the westbound side of the highway, when the Jeep driver somehow lost control and struck the trailer around 8:30 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Lawrence Peele said. Multiple occupants of the Cherokee were transported, said Peele, who did not have an exact number of patients. Unconfirmed reports said five people were hospitalized.
