A 38-year-old Washington, DC man was arrested and charged with threatening flight attendants on a flight to Newark Liberty International Airport last summer, authorities said. A skull fished out of the Delaware River nearly 40 years ago has been identified as belonging to a missing New Jersey man, authorities revealed Monday, Jan. 30.
