Gazebo Engulfed In Flames: High Bridge FD A gazebo in Hunterdon County was destroyed by a fire on Tuesday, April 9, authorities said. The blaze occurred  at the gazebo in Union Forge Park in High Bridge, the High Bridge Fire Department said on Facebook. The gazebo was already engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on scene, fire officials said. The fire remains under investigation.

An investigation into Jose Jarquin-Jarquin by the High Bridge Police Department and the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office began after the girl disclosed the sexual assaults to friends and a school counselor, leading to his arrest, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Robeson said.  Jarquin-Jarquin had been found guilty of multiple counts of sexual assault last October, Robeson said.
