Union County Dad, Coach Battling Brain Cancer Sees Overwhelming Support Phil Orsini, a Union County dad, is in the fight of his life. But he won't do it alone. Orsini, of Scotch Plains, was diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme, brain cancer, last year. Vu died surrounded by his family, including his parents Hoavien Yu and Emily Yo, his friends and his girlfriend, Louise, his obituary reads.
