Teen Passenger Hospitalized In Sussex County Rollover: Police A teen passenger from Sparta was hospitalized in a rollover crash in Sussex County late on Wednesday, April 26, police confirmed. The vehicle veered across both lanes of Glen Road in Sparta, where it rolled over and came to a stop near Upper Glen Lake Road around 9:40 p.m., Lt. Thomas Snyder told Daily Voice. Luciano Viera Dos Santos, 28, was driving a black pickup truck towing an excavator on a flatbed on Glen Road toward Main Street in Sparta when its brakes failed around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, Sparta Police said.
