Newly Retired Paterson Officer Killed In Snowmobile Crash The Paterson Police Department is mourning the loss of recently retired officer Anthony DeSopo, who was killed in a snowmobile accident in Pennsylvania on Friday, Feb. 7. He was 55 years old. DeSopo, of Totowa, and another man were riding snowmobiles on Lake Wallenpaupack in Pike County when they collided with the lake's rocky shoreline near Cove Road and North Hemlock Lane in Palmyra Township around 6 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police said. Police: Sussex County Father, 53, Killed In PA Rollover Crash A Sussex County father was killed in a rollover crash on Route 6 in Pike County, PA, state police said. Edward Faber III was driving a 1999 Ford Expedition on Route 6 when he veered off the road and overturned several times near Twin Lakes Drive in Shohola Township just after 5 p.m. Friday, according to PSP. Faber, of Sussex, was ejected in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
