Covid-19: Phillipsburg Schools Go Fully Remote Until January, Annual Thanksgiving Game Canceled Students and staff at Phillipsburg Schools will not return to the classroom for hybrid learning until Jan. 11, district officials said. While hybrid learning was previously scheduled to resume Thursday, Nov. 19, the delay was announced in anticipation of the region’s move to high risk (orange) status on Friday, Superintendent Gregory A.
