Supply And Demand 2: 1,000 Heroin Folds Seized In Paterson, Three Dealers, Three Buyers Busted
Continuing a “supply and demand” disruption strategy, Paterson detectives busted three dealers and three middle-aged buyers while seizing more than 1,000 heroin folds, authorities said.
Surveillance of the notorious corner at Rosa Parks Boulevard and Fair Street led to the arrests of Tameer Jones, 35, of Paterson and Crystal Kim, 33, of Little Ferry on dealing charges, among other offenses, Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said.
Detectives seized 568 heroin folds, nine bags of crack and $455 in proceeds, Speziale said.

Prosecutor: Jersey Shore Pair Supplied Heroin/Fentanyl In 16-Year-Old Boy's OD Death
A Jersey Shore couple was jailed in connection with an overdose heroin/fentanyl death of a 16-year-old boy last month, authorities said.
David Belk, 45, and Stephanie O’Neill, 44, both of Little Egg Harbor, have been charged with strict liability, endangering the welfare of a child, and drug related charges, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Captain James Hawkins said.
Belk and O’Neill supplied heroin and fentanyl to the 16-year-old boy, who was found unresponsive on the floor of an East Susquehanna Driver on July 3, authorities said.

EMTs in neighboring Bergenfield, Dumont, New Milford and elsewhere in Bergen County know 53-year-old Dean Mancini, and not in a good way: Homeless and often combative, he’s been transported to hospitals an estimated 200 times the past year alone, they say.
Mancini's arrest sheet stretches 25 years, mostly for non-violent crimes in towns that include Englewood, Fort Lee, Garfield, Maywood, New Milford, Teaneck and Tenafly.
Records also show as many parole violations as disorderly persons arrests -- although there also was an aggravated assault a decade ago.

Two Accused Dealers, Six Buyers Charged In Paterson Sports Bar Raid
An undercover operation led to a raid on a Paterson sports bar and the arrests of eight people on a whopping 32 combined charges, authorities said.
Working together, investigators from the city’s vice and narcotics unit infiltrated the Terrace Inn on Totowa Avenue, seizing 10 bags of cocaine and few hundred dollars in alleged proceeds, Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
The joint operation also produced 11 Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) charges against the business, he said.
