The victim was struck by the Morris and Essex Train 6602 -- which departed from Dover at 4:16 a.m. -- east of the Millburn station around 5:15 a.m., NJ Transit spokeswoman Mariluz Garcia-Diaz said. None of the 25 passengers on board were injured. The victim's age and identity were not immediately known. The train was set to arrive at Penn Station in New York at 5:44 a.m. Rail service between Dover and East Orange was delayed by one hour.
