Man Arrested Twice In 13 Days In Mansfield Township: Police A man was arrested twice in 13 days last month in Mansfield Township for theft, authorities said. On Thursday, Aug. 15 at 11:53 a.m., police responded to a BP gas station on Route 57 after a man, Leiner Mera, stole money from the cash register, Mansfield Township police said in a release.
