NJ Teen Killed In Ski Accident At Massachusetts Resort A 19-year-old student at an exclusive Massachusetts college was killed this week after suffering a severe head injury while skiing at a resort in the Berkshires. Alex Kemp, of Lincroft, NJ, was skiing at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in Hancock on Monday, Jan. 6, when he went off of one of the trails and hit his head after going over an embankment, the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office said. Record-Breaking Mendham Athlete Is Gatorade's NJ 'Runner Of The Year' Gatorade has named West Morris Mendham High School senior Jack Stanley as its 2018-19 New Jersey Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year. The award recognizes outstanding athletic excellence, high standards of academic achievement and exemplary character demonstrated on and off the field.
