The deaths of a 17-year-old girl and her parents in a crash on the Garden State Parkway have left a Bergen County community reeling. David Dryerman, 54, Michele Dryerman, 54, and their daughter Brooke, of Woodcliff Lake were identified as the victims of the crash on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge just before midnight Saturday, Sept. 14. David and Michele also have a son, who survives them, loved ones said. Brooke was a senior at Pascack Hills High School, and shared photos to her Instagram story from the Sea.Hear.Now music festival in Asbury Park hours before the crash happened. …

Motorcyclist Killed After Being Ejected, Run Over In Route 280 Crash: Police (

A 52-year-old motorcyclist was killed in an early-morning crash on Route 280 in Hudson County, police said. Kyle Silas, of Orange, was heading west on a Fly Wing electric motorcycle when he struck a Ford sedan near milepost 16 in Kearny around 4:35 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. Silas was ejected then run over by a Dodge, Lebron said. He died as a result of the accident.

Teen Driver Airlifted, Pedestrian Hospitalized In Sussex County Crash
A 43-year-old pedestrian suffered moderate injuries while a 17-year-old driver suffered serious injuries in a crash on Route 15 in Lafayette just before midnight on Thursday, July 3, authorities said. The teen driver from Sparta was heading south on Route 15 near milepost 17.2 in a BMW when he veered off the right side of the roadway and struck a 43-year-old woman from Lafayette, NJSP Sgt. A 45-year-old Easton, PA man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Route 78 in New Jersey on Tuesday, July 2, authorities said. At 10:04 p.m., a BMW motorcycle traveling eastbound on Route 78 in Greenwich Township struck the back of a 2017 Toyota Camry, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist, whose name has not been released, was ejected and was subsequently struck by a 2020 Toyota Camry, killing him, Marchan said. A 75-year-old Paramus woman who was struck and dragged 20 feet by a sedan driven by a 94-year-old borough resident over the weekend has died, authorities confirmed. A woman has been charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto in a June 2020 crash that left a New Jersey police officer heading home from work dead.
