A 38-year-old Jersey City woman has been charged with hindering the apprehension of a Hoboken murder suspect, while both were ultimately captured at an area hotel, authorities said. Demetria Huggins gave police fake information regarding Deon Williams, who was charged with first-degree murder in the September 2022 death of Christopher Garcia, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. A 25-year-old murder suspect wanted in a 25-year-old Hoboken man's murder has been captured by the US Marshals, authorities said. Deon Williams, of Jersey City, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Christopher Garcia, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The 28-year-old man was shot and killed last month on a Hoboken basketball court is being remembered as an aspiring clothing designer with a big heart.
