Five teenagers were arrested and charged this week in Bayonne after they beat a juvenile into unconsciousness on Tuesday, Oct. 22, authorities said. Nearly 2,600 people employed by a North Jersey hospital chain are expected to be laid off by the end of the year, according to a newly-filed WARN notice.
