Dearan Bennett, 36, remained held in the Bergen County Jail following his arrest Tuesday on sexual assault charges, records show. Jeweler Caught Trafficking Child Porn, Bergen Prosecutor Says Bergen County cyber crimes detectives arrested a jeweler from West New York who they said was trafficking child porn online. A judge ordered Sezcan Gonturk, a 32-year-old Turkish national, released under New Jersey’s 2017 bail reform law after a detention hearing last Friday, a day after his arrest. East Rutherford Software Engineer Charged With Trafficking 310 Child Porn Files A software engineer from East Rutherford was caught trafficking 310 child pornography files, said authorities who arrested him. Dean M. Desrosiers, 49, was charged with distribution of child pornography following a raid last week at his Mozart Street home, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said. Desrosiers, who Calo said is divorced, was booked into the Bergen County Jail on Friday and ordered released by a judge hours later, under New Jersey’s 2017 bail reform law.
