Thanks to a tipster, township police said they were watching when Eulalia Mariel Arias-Ciprian, 21, snatched the package from the front steps of an East Mill Road residence.

Inside were four iPhone 11s, valued at $3,400, that police said Arias-Ciprian bought with the victim’s stolen credit card information and had delivered to the resident's home.

The resident told police there'd been a fraudulent purchase on her credit card two days earlier.

Arias-Ciprian gave police multiple false names and dates of birth, along with a fake driver's license with the victim's information, authorities said.

They charged her with receiving stolen property, criminal impersonation, obstruction and hindering.
