Texas Fugitive Arrested In Secaucus: Police A man wanted for arson in Texas was arrested in Secaucus on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 30, authorities said.  At 8:23 a.m., officers observed a man, later identified as Tito Correa, causing a safety hazard as he walked between multiple cars outside of a crosswalk at Meadowlands Parkway and Wood Avenue, while other vehicles were traveling in both directions, Secaucus police said.  A warrant check revealed Correa was wanted on the charge of arson by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office in Texas.
