Quayyan R. Horton, 36, of Jersey City; Charles E. Kirkland, 36, of Newark; Nafee A. Horton, 33, of Newark; and Hakeem J. Jameel Alston carried out the first incident at Motel 6 on Aug. 28, when the victim reported being sexually assaulted and robbed by an armed intruder, Union County Prosecutor William A. Security Guard Charged In Deadly Assault At Elizabeth Lounge: Prosecutor A 26-year-old Elizabeth resident was arrested and charged on Friday, July 12, with a deadly assault in 2023, authorities said. In July 2023, Elizabeth police found Jose Lopez suffering from a head injury at the El Monsignor Lounge, Union County Prosecutor William Daniel, Elizabeth Police Director Earl Graves, and Elizabeth Police Chief Giacomo Sacca said.
