Three people were shot outside Newark Collegiate Academy on Tuesday, Feb. 17, authorities said. At 8:44 p.m., police responded to Littleton Avenue near 12th Avenue and found a man who had been shot, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said.
