Medina was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Fugitive of the Month for April. In October 2020, Medina was arrested after he thought he was meeting a child for sex but instead, was arrested on the spot in an undercover sting operation by law enforcement, authorities said.
Medina is charged with luring/enticing a child, attempted sexual assault, attempted prostitution and attempted endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said. A warrant remains out for his arrest, authorities said.
