Teen Caught With Bag Full Of Mail Stolen From Wall Township Businesses, Police Say A Garfield teen was given more than 20 theft charges after he was found carrying stolen mail in Wall Township, authorities said. The 16-year-old boy was arrested near Industrial Road, the Wall Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, Dec. 10.  The arrest came as officers have increased patrols in response to rising criminal activity, particularly mail theft, in parts of Wall. Burglary Bust: Neptune Man Found Hiding In Deal Harbor Home, Police Say A Neptune man was accused of stealing from one home in Deal and being caught inside another home he tried to burglarize, authorities said. Nasyr Fisher, 20, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 26, the Deal Police Department said in a news release on Sunday, Dec. 1. Officers responded to a home on Lady Bess Drive for a report of a suspected break-in at around 3:34 p.m.  Upon arriving, police located an open rear window and spotted a man inside the residence.
