Three people are dead after a man killed two neighbors he was feuding with before turning the gun on himself, according to reports on Thursday, Nov. 21. 67-Year-Old Woman Struck, Killed While Crossing Philly Street: Police A 67-year-old woman was struck and killed while crossing a Philadelphia street on Wednesday, Nov. 20, according to police.
