Gunman Charged In Deadly Shootout Held In Bergen County Jail Pending Trial: Prosecutors An arrest has been made in a shootout that left one man dead over the weekend. Uvaldo Mora, 28, is accused of exchanging gunfire with the 33-year-old man at Straight Street and Park Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said. The 33-year-old man was struck in the head and throughout his torso, and died at the hospital.  Meanwhile, Mora was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Certain Persons Not to Possess a Weapon. Details Released In Pcti Football Game Shooting, Teen In Custody Details have been released in the shooting following a football game at the Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) Friday night, Aug. 30. A 16-year-old has been arrested in the shooting a 15-year-old and 16-year-old around 7:30 p.m. at PCTI school in Wayne, where the football team had faced Lenape High School, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic County Acting Sheriff Gary F. Giardina said. Police found a 15-year-old juvenile and a 16-year-old juvenile suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds.
