The fire broke out in the village of Sergeantsville shortly after 12 p.m., prompting a response from crews in Quakertown and Stockton.
Firefighters found the barn fully engulfed in flames that required more than 3,000 gallons of water to douse.
Meanwhile, a special call supplemented the municipal water source in the area, the Quakertown Fire Company said.
Crews operated at the scene for about 90 minutes.
