Morris County Man Gets Eight Years For Sharing 1,000 Child Porn Images: Prosecutor
A 65-year-old Morris County man was sentenced to eight years in prison on Friday, May 31, after pleading guilty to distributing child pornography, authorities said.
John Green, of Washington Township, pleaded guilty in January to possession of child sexual abuse material, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Morris County Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Washington Township Police Chief Jeffrey Almer said.
An investigation into Green began when prosecutors in Hunterdon County identified child sexual abuse material on a BitTorrent site in Morris County, authorities said.…

An out-of-state suspect was caught with crack and several key fobs to other vehicles after he stopped to take a snooze in a stolen SUV in Ho-Ho-Kus, authorities said.
A call of a suspicious vehicle brought Saddle River, borough and Washington Township police to Paddock Road near Werimus Road shortly before 1 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, Ho-Ho-Kus Police Capt. Greg McBain said.

Warren County Woman Accused Of Selling Ecstasy: Police
A Warren County woman accused of selling ecstasy was arrested following a two-week investigation, authorities said.
Elizabeth B. Racanelli, 19, was arrested Dec. 22, Hackettstown Police said Tuesday.
Racanelli, of Mansfield Township, was charged with third-degree distribution of ecstasy, third-degree possession with intent to distribute ecstasy and employing a juvenile in a drug distribution scheme, police said.
Racanelli is scheduled to appear in court.

Two Warren County residents have been charged with possessing and selling meth and heroin, authorities said.
Cortney Deremer and Alonzo Widenor, both 28, were charged following a local six-week investigation into the sale of meth and heroin by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force, officials said Wednesday.
Deremer, of Washington, was charged with two counts of distribution of CDS, three counts of possession with intent to distribute CDS and possession with intent to distribute CDS within 1,000 feet of a school zone.

Prosecutor: Phillipsburg Man, 23, Charged With Sexual Assault, Child Endangerment
A Phillipsburg man was charged Wednesday on accusations involving sexual assault of a minor, authorities said.
Thomas J. Luster, 23, is accused of committing “multiple acts of sexual penetration and sexual contact” upon a child between the ages of 13 and 16, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a Thursday release.
Luster, of Henshaw Court, was at least four years older than and previously knew the victim, Pfeiffer said.
Luster was charged with two counts of sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child (sexual conduct), authorities said.
