Phil Murphy went into effect at 5 p.m., with state and local officials urging residents to stay off the roads. Men Who Passed Counterfeit $100 Bills Sought In Warren County Two men passed counterfeit $100 bills at two local businesses in Warren County last month, Washington Township police said. Washington Township Police are attempting to locate the two unidentified Black men and said other agencies throughout the state have seen the same men passing counterfeit $100 bills. "If you work for or own a small business, please use caution when accepting larger bills," Washington Township police said on Facebook. Coroner IDs NJ Man Killed In Route 31 Wreck A Flemington man succumbed to his injuries after a car accident in Oxford Township on Tuesday, Nov. 21, according to officials.  The crash happened on Route 31 near Mechanic Street around 4 p.m. and shut down through traffic on both lanes of the highway, Washington Township police said in a release.  Ramesh R. Ramchandani, 82, was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he died from multiple blunt force injuries, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  The manner of death was accidental, authorities added.
