At 4:16 a.m., troopers responded to Route 80 west in Knowlton Township, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Officers responded to a single-car accident on Wabeno Avenue and arrested a 35-year-old Stewartsville man for driving while intoxicated, following an on-scene investigation, police said on Facebook. While the man, who police did not identify, was in custody, he assaulted an officer and was charged with aggravated assault and obstructing the administration of law, police said.

Two Injured After Dump Truck Collides With Car In Warren County: Njsp Two people were injured after a car collided with a dump truck on Route 46 and County Road 519 in Warren County on Thursday, Feb. 1, authorities said. At 3:48 p.m., state troopers responded to the scene in White Township and found a Dodge Journey had crashed into a Freightliner dump truck, Detective Jeffrey LeBron said.  The driver and passenger of the Dodge sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital, LeBron said. The crash remains under investigation, LeBron said.
