A Warren County man and registered sex offender with five felony convictions was arrested for uploading child pornography under an account called ‘Twitch Ghost’ on Google, authorities announced on Tuesday, April 4. James E. Dimarsico, 35, was charged with second- and third- degree counts of child endangerment for distributing items depicting sexual exploitation and abuse, as well as intent, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Family Of NJ Man Shot Dead By Officer At Dorney Park To Get $950K In Settlement Money
The family of a New Jersey man shot and killed by an "inexperienced" police officer directing traffic at Dorney Park will receive $950,000 reached in the settlement of a wrongful death suit, The Morning Call reports. Joseph Santos' two adult sons and 11-year-old daughter will receive a portion of the settlement, aside from law firm costs and fees, according to a copy of the settlement obtained by The Morning Call. The signage of the Male Road and Route 512 store in Wind Gap was taken down this week, according to the report, which cites a worker and a written PR statement. One Man Killed, Another Injured In Northampton County Target Shooting
One man was killed and another injured in a Sunday afternoon shooting outside Target in Northampton County, authorities said. The gunfire was exchanged during a dispute involving at least two vehicles in the parking lot of Target in the Lower Nazareth Commons shopping center on Dryland Way around 2:15 p.m., The Morning Call reports citing Northampton County District Attorney Terry Houck. The death of a 32-year-old Lehigh County Jail inmate has been ruled a suicide, LehighValleyLive reports. An autopsy was performed Monday on the body of Jeff Mendoza, of Bethlehem, by the Lehigh County Coroner's Office, the news outlet reports. Mendoza was found unresponsive in his cell around 7:05 a.m. Saturday, authorities told The Morning Call.
