Englewood police this week joined the growing number of law enforcement authorities in North Jersey who've urged residents and merchants to lock their vehicles and take their key fobs. Four New Jersey residents were among 27 people arrested for their roles in a multimillion-dollar scheme to commit bribery and a no-fault insurance scam. A 57-year-old mechanic from the Bronx was charged with sexually assaulting a pre-teen when he lived in Hackensack.
