Palmer Police ID Motorcyclist Killed In Route 22 Wreck Authorities have named the motorcyclist who died after crashing on Route 22 on Wednesday, Feb. 8 in Palmer Township.  David Walton, 59, was heading east on the highway when he came across traffic congestion related to a separate accident around 4 p.m., township police said.  He lost control of his 2008 Harley Davidson and skidded across the road until crashing into a box truck, according to police.
