Kearny Man, 44, Stabbed Passenger In His Vehicle In Clifton, Police Say A 44-year-old Kearny man is facing charges for stabbing a 31-year-old Paterson victim in Clifton, police said. Daniel Carbajal-Flores was operating a 2018 Honda when he stabbed the victim, a passenger in the vehicle, at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Russell Street just after 1 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, Clifton Police Lt. Robert Anderson said. The person — whose name is being withheld pending notification of family — was struck by a 2020 Volvo while crossing Route 46 eastbound near Wood Stack restaurant in Montville Township just after 9:45 p.m., Chief Andrew Caggiano said.
