Jack Lucas, 29, was walking east on Route 22 when he was struck by a white Chevy Impala driven by Kathleen Webster of Lebanon shortly after 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, authorities said. Lucas sustained serious injuries and was flown to Morristown Memorial Hospital for treatment, authorities said. Webster was not injured, authorities said. This investigation is ongoing.
