Morris County Native, Beloved Uncle Robert 'Bobby' Kelly Jr. Dies, 37 Morris County native and beloved uncle Robert “Bobby” M. Kelly Jr. died at Community Medical Center in Toms River Feb. 28 at the age of 37. Kelly was born in Denville and lived in Parsippany for most of his life, his obituary says. Kelly was known for his love of fishing and spending time near the shore. He moved to Seaside Heights about four years ago and had worked as the maintenance manager for Island Beach Motor Lodge in Seaside Park, his memorial says.
