Driver Airlifted Following Crash With Tractor-Trailer On Rt. 78 In Warren County [

A driver was airlifted Tuesday afternoon following a crash with a tractor-trailer on Route 78 in Warren County, state police said. A passenger vehicle collided with the tractor-trailer in the westbound lanes near milepost 4.6 in Greenwich Township just after 2:20 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. The driver of the passenger vehicle was airlifted to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment of serious injuries, Goez said. Two other occupants were uninjured, Goez said. The crash remains under investigation.

A motorcycle hit a state police cruiser as it was being removed from the scene of a Route 78 crash that injured the rider Thursday morning, authorities said. The rider was traveling in the eastbound lanes when the motorcycle went off the road, hit the median and overturned near milepost 5 in Greenwich Township (Warren County) just after 8:30 a.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. Tractor-Trailer Collides With Isuzu NPR Truck, Scatters Debris Along Route 287 In Morris County
A tractor-trailer collided with an NPR truck Thursday morning, temporarily closing one lane and scattering debris along Route 287 in Morris County, state police said. The trailer collided with an Isuzu NPR truck in the northbound lanes near milepost 36.8 in Morristown just before 8:25 a.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. The right lane was shut down for cleanup of debris following the crash, Goez said. The scene was cleared by around 9:40 a.m., police said. No injuries were reported. Have photos? State Police: Tractor-Trailer Collides With Pickup Truck, SUV On Route 80
Several lanes of Route 80 eastbound were temporarily closed following a three-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer in Morris County Wednesday afternoon, state police said. The crash — which also involved a Toyota Tundra and a Jeep Grand Cherokee — occurred near milepost 30.4 in Mount Arlington Borough just after 2:25 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. Several lanes were partially closed following the crash but had reopened around 3:15 p.m., Goez said. No injuries were reported in the incident, which remains under investigation, Goez said.

State Police: 5 Injured After 3 Cars Collide With Tractor-Trailer On Route 80 In Morris County
Five people were injured after three cars collided with a tractor-trailer on Route 80 eastbound in Morris County Wednesday afternoon, state police said. The crash — involving a tractor-trailer, a Lexus sedan, a Toyota Prius and a Buick SUV — was reported on the 34 Exit ramp in Wharton just after 2:20 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. Five occupants were taken to Morristown Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, Goez said. The exit ramp was closed during the accident cleanup and reopened by 4 p.m., Goez said. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

State Police: Bronx Man, 19, Charged On High-Speed Pursuit Across Morris County
A Bronx man lead state police on a pursuit through both Route 80 and Route 287 before he was nabbed in Morristown Sunday afternoon, authorities said. Albaro Velez, 19, ignored officers’ attempts to stop him for a violation on Route 80 westbound near milepost 52.6 just after 2 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. Velez continued to lead troopers on a pursuit onto Route 287 south, Goez said. Velez then drove onto Route 24 east, where police ended the chase due to public safety risk. PA Motorcyclist Killed In Route 46 Crash With Jeep
A 52-year-old motorcyclist from Pennsylvania was killed in a Warren County crash Saturday night. Bradford Parady, of Henryville, PA, was heading westbound on Route 46 when he struck a Jeep Cherokee that appeared to be turning onto the highway around 10:55 p.m., near milepost 7.2 in White Township, NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez said. Parady died as a result of the crash, Goez said. The Jeep driver, a 46-year-old Oxford woman, was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital with non life-threatening injuries after her car went off the road to the right, the trooper said.
