Remembering Bob Bork, Crossing Guard Killed By Car Robert "Bob" Bork, a 79-year-old High Bridge crossing guard struck and killed by a car last week is being remembered for his dedication to helping others. Bork was hit by a southbound vehicle on County Road 513 at the intersection of Larrison Avenue last Wednesday, Nov. 28, according to the High Bridge Police Department and the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office. Bork was airlifted to Morristown Medical Center, where he later died, officials said.  Good morning. New Jersey State Park Police found the remains near A2 beach access path of Island Beach State Park in Ocean County after the storm. Officials determined the bones comprised the ventral (lower) jaw and skull of a Minke whale.
